The Product

Due to the nature of the product, we recommend you remove it from its packaging, remove the polythene wrapping and plant in a pot or in the ground outside as soon as possible. The tree must be looked after to ensure a successful growth. If it is a gift for young children, please ensure adult supervision when handling the tree.  We pride ourselves on being as environmentally friendly as possible. The entire product, other than the wrapping inside the hessian sack is 100% biodegradeable. Why not re-use the box and bag to store things in or even wrap other gifts in them to give to others. If not, just throw them on your compost heap or recycle them. Unfortunately we must use the polythene wrapping on the tree to hold vital water on delivery.

The Sale

The prices of each product are stated on The Little Green Tree website and are inclusive of tax. Worldpay is used by The Little Green Tree, assuring secure and confidential online payment. We accept payment from most debit and credit cards, though we cannot accept payment in cash or cheque. Card payment is taken from customers at th time of ordering.

Delivery

We offer first class recorded delivery services for all orders under £20 throughout the UK only.  Orders over £20 will be first class special delivery. Orders are sent out daily to ensure they are received as close to the original order date as possible. Information on each delivery option is given on the standard delivery form. Please note: During the festive season we do enforce a final order day to ensure your gifts are delivered in time for Christmas. If you have placed a large order, items may be delivered in more than one box. Please be aware these will require a signature on delivery. If you have not received your order within 5 working days through any first class delivery, please contact us through our website.

Cancellation and Refund

Due to the efficiency of The Little Green Tree Company, we aim to send your gift to you as soon as possible.  If you wish to cancel your order we offer a full refund if the item has not left The Little Green Tree Company premises.  The full refund will then be made to the credit/debit card used to purchase the item.

Due to to the nature of the product refunds cannot be made on items received by the customer.

We do not refund on orders that arrive late or if the order has been processed, though we do guarantee recorded delivery on all products. 

Bespoke Services

If you would like a bespoke service, an additional cost will be agreed by both parties before the products are distributed. Any cancellations must be made atleast 4 weeks prior to the delivery date to ensure a full refund.
